What to include in a bug report

Five minutes of detail usually saves several rounds of email. Please tell us:

We cannot send you a log file from the game: it has no server and stores no diagnostics on your device.

Requests about your data

Access requests, correction requests and deletion requests are handled by email too. Write to hello@tomorrowly.co.za with the subject [Dino Munch] Privacy request and tell us which browser and device you used.

You should know before you write that there is very little to hand over. Dino Munch has no accounts, so there is no profile, no username and no server-side record of you. The only data that exists is the high score, your settings and your analytics choice, and all three are stored in your own browser using localStorage. The quickest way to remove them is usually to clear your browser's site data for this page — see Privacy for the exact steps.

How quickly we reply

We aim to reply within five working days. We are a small project run by one operator, so a longer delay is sometimes realistic over school holidays or public holidays. If it has been more than five working days, it is entirely reasonable to send a short follow-up.

We answer in English. If you would find it easier in Afrikaans or isiZulu, please say so in your message and we will do our best.
